RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Arthur & Grace, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at info@arthurandgrace.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions
3. Pack your item securely and post it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@arthurandgrace.com to arrange an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through wear or improper care

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
