PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚀 EXPRESS SHIPPING ($14.95 AUD)
- Delivery time: 2-4 business days

- Delivered by Australia Post Express

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our "Track Your Order" page or directly through Australia Post.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship Australia-wide, including:
- All major cities and metropolitan areas
- Regional and rural addresses
- PO Boxes

International shipping is not currently available.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

2. Contact Australia Post directly

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Arthur & Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
